Community Standards

Danishwar lets you build a small study circle — friends you invite by code — and compare how much work you are each putting in. This page explains what other students can see, what we ask of you, and what we do when something goes wrong.
What other students can see
Only people you have added can see your display name, handle, and generated avatar. Your study progress is off by default. If you turn sharing on, friends can also see your settled Danish Gems earned today, settled Gems earned over the last 7 days, and your current activity streak.
They never see your scores, your accuracy, your readiness, your mock grades, or which questions you answered. Your email address is never shown to anyone. This is deliberate — comparing effort is motivating, and comparing marks, on an exam most candidates do not pass, is not.
There is no messaging, no comments, no posts, no photo uploads and no way to search for strangers. The only thing you write that another student sees is your name and handle. There are no ranked standings in this release.
What we ask of you
Your display name and handle must not:
- impersonate Danishwar staff, FPSC, PPSC, or any other examination body;
- impersonate another real person;
- contain slurs, sexual content, or abuse directed at anyone;
- exist to harass, mock or target a specific person.
Everything else is yours. Use a nickname, your real name, or neither.
Reporting and blocking
Every person in your circle has a Report action. Reporting someone also blocks them immediately — you do not have to wait for us before you stop seeing them. A blocked person cannot add you again, and is not told that you blocked them.
You can also block or remove anyone at any time, without reporting them.
What we do about it
- Reports enter an administrator-only queue for human review.
- The available remedy is losing the public identity, not your study history. An administrator can reset a display name and handle that break these standards to neutral placeholders. Your progress, your Gems, and your history are untouched.
- We do not read your study data to moderate. Reports are about names and conduct; your answers and results are not part of it.
Names we block automatically
We refuse names that claim to be Danishwar staff or an examination body. We do not run an automatic profanity filter: our students write in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu, and a word list in that setting reliably rejects real names while missing real abuse. We would rather a person looked at it.
