Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Danishwar (the "Service"), operated by the Danishwar team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Danishwar provides adaptive practice, mock examinations, explanations, and progress tracking for competitive-examination preparation. The Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee any examination result, score, selection, or outcome, and any readiness signal we show is an internal study indicator, not a prediction or promise of exam performance.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank or any content;
• reverse-engineer, bulk-download, or attempt to extract answer keys;
• share, sublicense, or provide access to others; or
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to breach the Service's security.

The question bank, explanations, software, and design are our intellectual property (or licensed to us) and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own preparation only.

Content accuracy

We work hard to verify answer keys and explanations, but the Service may contain errors. Explanations may be generated by AI and can be imperfect. Where you believe an answer is wrong, please report it in the app; we review reports and correct content, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid access requires a plan. Prices, durations, and the free trial are shown on our pricing page before you pay anything. Payment is made by manual bank or Easypaisa transfer: you send the amount yourself and submit the reference, and we activate your account after verifying the transfer. We do not hold your card, we cannot charge you, and nothing renews automatically— when a plan’s period ends, access simply stops until you choose to pay again. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, or non-payment. On termination, your licence to use the content ends.

Study circles and conduct

If you use study circles, you choose a display name and handle that other students you add can see. You are responsible for what you choose. Names that impersonate Danishwar staff or an examination body, impersonate another person, or that harass or abuse anyone are not permitted, and we may reset a display name and handle that break these rules. Any broader account action is governed by the Termination section above. The full standards, and how to report or block someone, are set out in our Community Standards, which form part of these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any examination outcome. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Pakistan.
